Shahrad Network began its operations in 2010 by obtaining an ISP license from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology with the goal of delivering internet access services with a team of skilled professionals. Initially, the group focused their activities on providing telephone and internet cards. In 2014, to be able to offer digital cable line (DSL) services to customers, the Regulatory and Radio Communications Organization gave them a license and they signed a contract with PAP companies. This allowed them to start providing services in west Tehran, and within a few years, their coverage extended to other parts of Tehran. Even from the start of their activity, Shahrad Shabkieh has provided specialized internet solutions for organizations and institutions.
