Smartcomm has been granted permission by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) of the Islamic Republic of Iran to launch a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). This venture is intended to provide customers with innovative, value-added products and services, specifically banking and financial services. Smartcomm is a subsidiary of the technology investment company, known as Tecvest, which has a longstanding presence in the IT industry and has implemented modern banking solutions in Iran.
