IKAP Robotics Laboratory - Tehran, Iran

In 2011, Hamid Anbari founded IKAP Laboratory, an independent research facility dedicated to designing and producing robots for hazardous environments such as oil and gas pipe networks, oil reservoirs, and sewer systems. Since IKAP's inception, it has worked with over 100 public and private sector companies, developing custom robots. In 2016, IKAP achieved first place in the Startup World Award competition in Germany, and after many international partnerships, relocated its robotics division from Iran to Germany in 2019. In addition to robotic automation, Hamid Anbari and IKAP have also created the world's first robotic personal assistant, the Olive suitcase. This revolutionary invention has opened up a whole new field of robotic science. Thanks to IKAP's groundbreaking work, robotic technology is now accessible to people all over the world.
